SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Standard Shipping: A delivery charge of AED 20 applies to all standard deliveries within the UAE.

Remote Area Shipping: A delivery charge of AED 35 applies to deliveries to designated remote areas within the UAE.

Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) will be dispatched on the same day via our Registered Courier Service.

Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be dispatched on the following working day.

Sundays & Public Holidays: Orders received on Sundays or public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Time: Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 working days. During peak shopping periods or major promotional and sales events, delivery may take up to 7 working days. No deliveries are made on Sundays.

Payment Confirmation: After your order is placed, our team will contact you to confirm the payment details. The required bank account information will be provided at that time. Orders will only be dispatched once our team has confirmed receipt of the payment in our bank account.
