- The exchange is made within 15 days of delivery.
- The exchange will be possible only incase of technical fault or wrong size or item.
- Items must be in original condition as purchased (unworn, unwashed) with all labels/tags attached.
- No refund once item is sold.
- Follow the washing & care instruction to treat the garments/items.
- Claim acceptable within 15 days of purchase if any quality issue accrued
- Claim acceptable if we found any technical faults. (Fabric Fault, Color Fade, Stitching Faults)
- Misused & mishandled items will not qualify for claim.
- We are using very quality accessories (Buttons, Zips, Elastic, Hocks etc.) For customer satisfaction, Claim will not acceptable if we found accessories in broken condition.
- Claim not acceptable if we found ironing on embellishment.
